Hours of Operation:
You are welcome to shop on our website 24/7, hours of operation and production are on weekends. Phone lines are open on Saturday and Sunday from 9am-5pm. If you have any questions through the week, please feel free to send us an email and we will answer you as soon as possible!
All items with the exception of custom shoe and hat orders are refundable or exchangeable within 30 days from the purchase date. Refunds will be processed after the item(s)have been received in the shop. Lavish Leather Company is not responsible for return shipping costs.
Returned items must not have any signs of wear or use.
Discounted purchases are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Shoe and Hat orders are not returnable once alterations have been made to the item(s). Cancellations of shoe and hat orders must be made within 24 hours, otherwise they are considered non-refundable. However, if an item should ever come to you damaged, please send us an email at email@example.com and we will do everything to make it right! All packages are insured with USPS Priority Mail.
To initiate a return, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and the details regarding your return.
All shoes are covered with a lifetime warranty. If your item is in need of a repair due to a craftsman error, please email us with a picture of the item and we will help you!
