How do I order a custom pair of shoes?
-You will place your order by finding the type of shoes that you want under the "Shoes" tab, and fill out the prompts, giving us the basic information needed for your order. You are always welcome to message us with questions but once your order is in, we will contact you regarding the details of your order, such as the specific color of the shoes, and hide.
How do I order a custom ballcap?
-You will place your order by finding the "Ballcaps" tab, and filling out the prompts, giving us the basic information needed for your order. Hats are 100% custom, which means you need to have a ballcap in mind that you want to be customized before ordering. (We will order whatever ballcap you'd like to be customized. EX: Black Bass Pro Shops Trucker Hat.) Once your order is in, we will message you regarding the details of your hat, such as the hide and the ballcap itself. We do have a selection of hats in stock in the shop, if you are unsure of what you're looking for. Feel free to message us about our stock of hats and we would be happy to show you what we currently have available!
How do I know what my selection of hide will look like on my items?
-Once your order is in, we will send you pictures of all of the hides that we have available in the color that you select. Hides are restocked frequently, and every hide is different in color, texture, and hair length! Part of the fun of designing your custom hair-on-hide items is picking out the exact hide that you like best!
How long will it take for my custom items to be made?
-Typically, we have a two-week turnaround time for all custom orders, but they usually get sent out before then!
When are your hours of operation?
-You are welcome to shop on our website 24/7. Our hours of production are on weekends from 9am-5pm. Phone lines are open on Friday from 4pm-6pm, and on Saturday and Sunday from 9am-5pm. If you have any questions through the week, please feel free to send us an email and we will answer you as soon as possible!
What is your return policy?
All items with the exception of custom shoe and hat orders are refundable or exchangeable within 30 days from the purchase date. Refunds will be processed after the item(s)have been received in the shop. Lavish Leather Company is not responsible for return shipping costs. Please see our "Contact Us" page for more details regarding returns.
Do my shoes come with a warranty?
-All shoes are covered with a lifetime warranty. If your item is in need of a repair due to a craftsman error, please email us with a picture of the item and we will help you!
